FAQ's
When will my order ship?
- To see if your order has shipped, please log into your account to check status.
- All orders (except for monthly glitter boxes - see below) are shipped in 3 - 5 business days. I typically try to send them same or next day if possible!
- When items are marked as shipped by our team - you should receive an email with your tracking information.
- Please be aware, we do print your shipping label at our warehouse when we are preparing your package. If you see it sitting as label created and not accepted by USPS - please allow shipping time frame mentioned above before emailing us.
- USPS has had many delays in shipping. Please allow up to three weeks before inquiring with us regarding a missing package. After that time frame we will address.
Can I make a change to my order? Can I combine my order with another one I already placed?
- Once orders are paid for and received we cannot make any changes or modify your order. We cannot combine your order with another order previously placed.
Other Shipping Information
- LMNOP packages all orders by hand. Once the package leaves our warehouse we cannot control what happens to the package. We urge you to select our insurance to protect your package and the full contents of the items purchased.
- If you choose flat rate shipping at check out - you are agreeing that LMNOP Design Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
I ordered a monthly glitter box - where is my order? I ordered glitter from the shop along with my monthly box - when will I get it?
- Monthly boxes are available for purchase every month on the 1st - last day of the month at 12 pm est.. These boxes have custom curated glitter and take longer to process. ALL subscription boxes are shipped the 3rd week of the following month!
- If you ordered glitter through the shop along with the monthly box, we will invoice you for additional shipping. We cannot hold orders until we ship monthly boxes. We recommend that you order regular items separate from monthly boxes!
I logged in to order the monthly box on date they are released and there are none available?
- We have a cap on how many monthly boxes are available. We typically release 75 boxes per month. Announcement reminders for the box release are made on our facebook group: www.facebook.com/groups/lmnopdesignboutiquecraftroom
Returns and Refunds
- LMNOP Design Boutique allows up to 10 days from delivery date to report any defective or missing items for support in resolution.
- Any requests made after 10 days will be denied.
- ALL sales are final!
